You Need:
1 egg
1 Cup (250mL) Milk
1/2 tsp (2.5mL) Vanilla Essence

Directions:
1) Mix one cup of Ready-Baked Medicated Pancake Mix into a bowl & add 1 egg * 1 cup of milk *Optional* Add 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
2) Whisk until smooth
3) Preheat a lightly oiled pan over medium – high heat and pour 1/4 cup (or more depending on desired size) batter into pan
4) Cook until bubbles appear on the surface of each pancake then flip, cook until gold brown
5) Serve with toppings of your choice
